    Application

    The piston ring plays the role of transmitting pressure and sealing in the air compressor cylinder system. Widely used for replacing the piston ring to the air compressor.

    Instructions

    Disassemble the piston cylinder to remove the old air compressor piston ring in the state of decompression and pressure relief;Clean the piston cylinder and piston rod then replace the old piston ring with a new one;Put the components back in place and tighten them in order.

    NOTE

    Please confirm the required size before ordering;

    Perform maintenance and parts replacement in the state of decompression and pressure relief;

    Check and tighten the relevant mounting screws every 1-2 weeks of operation;

    Heat the new piston ring by 60℃ hot wind for 5 min before being inserted into the cylinder
