PRIMAEAM (pronounced as “PREMIUM”), a new entrant to Additive Manufacturing in India, is betting on GE Additive’s Electron Beam Melting technology. The company, which already provides polymer 3D printing services with FDM and MJF technology, just installed a new Arcam Q10 system.

Karthik Rajendiran, Managing Director at PRIMAEAM said the company is convinced that this technology, can open the door to new opportunities and lead to groundbreaking innovations. With the GE Additive Arcam EBM Q10plus machine, PRIMAEAM will produce high-quality & high-precision patient-specific orthopedic implants in Titanium.

Established in 2020 as a subsidiary of its own parent company SUNFAB, PRIMAEAM is focused on 3D printing of thermoplastic, elastomer, and metal parts. The company provides 3D printing services using Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology from Stratasys, Electron Beam melting (EBM) from Arcam and and Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) from HP.

The offer includes full supply chain management for your polymer and metal additive manufacturing requirements, with complete process capability that allows parts to be fully finished, ready to be used, with the required quality documentation and certification.
